   **Por que este arquivo existe — é a ponta D4.** Até 02/09 o `index.html` do
   painel trazia as fontes do Google (`fonts.googleapis.com` + `fonts.gstatic.com`),
   e isso são duas requisições a um terceiro em TODA abertura da página. No
   painel já era o cliente do nosso cliente sendo visto por terceiro; na página
   pública, que fala de privacidade e de não guardar nada, seria o IP de cada
   visitante indo para o Google **antes do primeiro clique** — e a contradição
   estaria na mesma tela que promete o contrário.

   Os arquivos são os mesmos que o Google serve, baixados uma vez em 02/09 e
   guardados aqui:

   73 KB no total, e o navegador só busca o segundo subconjunto se a página
   tiver um caractere que caia nele. Licença: as duas são OFL (SIL Open Font
   License), que permite hospedar.

   **Os `unicode-range` vieram junto de propósito.** Sem eles, o navegador baixa
   os dois subconjuntos sempre; com eles, uma página só de português baixa o
   `latin` e ignora o resto. São a metade que costuma se perder quando alguém
   copia @font-face à mão.

   **A Figtree é variável**: o mesmo arquivo atende 400, 600 e 800 — daí a mesma
   `url` aparecer três vezes. Não é desperdício: mesma URL, uma busca só.

   **Os caminhos são relativos a ESTA pasta**, e é o que deixa a mesma folha
   servir os dois lugares sem nenhuma cópia:

     o painel   `interface/fontes/fontes.css`   ← `<link href="fontes/fontes.css">`
     o site     `site/fontes/` é um link para cá ← o mesmo `<link>`

   Trocar por caminho absoluto (`/fontes/…`) quebraria o painel, que mora em
   `/painel/`. Ver o `REQUISITOS.md` §5, o comando de publicar.
